For all iQsmart and EverSmart scanner purchases, CPS offers an optional installation and training package. We would recommend this to
all customers to ensure that their scanner is installed correctly and that operators receive appropriate application training.

The CPS Installation Package includes the following benefits:

– Unpacking and siting of the machine in desired location
– Delivery check (to ensure all required items are in the box)
– Scanner optics unlocking
– Connection to scanning host computer
– Installation of oXYgen Scan application software on host computer and system compatibility check
– Scanner calibration
– Data table creation and profiling set up
– oXYgen Scan application basic training
– Basic maintenance advice and training
– Scanning techniques and any other operational queries answered

Additional training can be provided if required and we also offer intermediate and advanced oXYgen Scan courses for the more experienced
operator. Training courses are also available for other applications such as PhotoShop, please refer to the training page for more details.
