If you have a large scanning job or project to undertake but don’t want to do it yourself, CPS can provide a specialised scanning service.

CPS has highly skilled operators with many years of scanning expertise and knowledge. We also have at our disposal a broad range of high-end,
finely tuned iQsmart and EverSmart Supreme scanning equipment connected to colour managed workstations with top notch Eizo monitors. We are
therefore very well equipped to take on the most demanding scanning tasks.

In situations where you have valuable or sensitive originals that you would prefer to keep on-site, we can always come to you. If required we can
provide a complete loan equipment solution that we deliver and set up on your premises. This equipment could then stay on-site for the duration of
your scanning project. We can provide operators as required or alternatively a scanning manager/trainer to oversee the job and train existing staff to
undertake some or all of the scanning work. We can tailor a completely flexible solution to suit your requirements.

We are also able to tackle large analogue collections that require digital preservation and archiving as well as high volume, long term projects. If you
