If you have a breakdown or some operational issue with your scanner and you do not have Extended Warranty or a Service Contract
with CPS, we can still help. You can opt for a service visit, a troubleshooting visit or call out and repair. It is also sometimes beneficial
to consider a service contract as part of a fix solution as we include a maintenance visit in Comprehensive Service Contracts, please
call to discuss.
Service visits and troubleshooting visits are generally priced at £600 + VAT per day (excluding parts) if you are located within 1 hour
of London. Quotes for all locations provided on request. We can usually combine a service visit with a troubleshooting check over to make sure everything is in order and then advise on our findings and make any necessary recommendations.
We also have a fixed call out option priced at £400 + VAT again for locations within 1 hour of London. Additional time is priced at
£90 + VAT per hour. This service excludes any parts that might be required.
